The evening consists of a welcome drink reception followed by three courses with four bottles of wine on each table of 10 people. The presentation of the awards is split in to three sections and the awards alternate with the courses, so you can take your time sampling the culinary delights of the award-winning chef at the hotel, while waiting in anticipation of the respective award winners. Individual tickets can be purchased for the evening costing £55 or for a table of 10; do the maths: £550.
