Submit and Repeat if Necessary: After carefully reviewing your submission for accuracy, go ahead and submit it. If you wish to nominate in another category, please fill out and submit the form again for each new category.
Exclusions: Please note that there are no nominations for the “Business of The Year” category. This prestigious award is determined through a different process.
